Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Goods and we will be happy to find a solution. We may replace or accept a return for a full refund. Any Goods which Seychelles London has elected to accept for return, shall be returned at the Customer’s expense. The Customer will not be refunded for the original postage cost unless the garment was faulty, or there was a dispatch error by Seychelles London. The Customer must email info@seychelleslondon.com to request a return or exchange before sending the Goods back to complete a cancellation form.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our Goods accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every screen or monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
Goods must be unworn, unwashed, stain free and in their original purchase condition. Original tags must be attached with no signs of removal / re-attachment. We recommend returning items via recorded delivery / tracked. Upon Seychelles London accepting the returned Goods, we will issue the Customer with a refund via their original payment method.
All Goods purchased during a promotional period (sale items or at a discounted rate) will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Any swimwear returned with the hygiene sticker removed /or missing will not be accepted for return or exchange, and earrings are not eligible for hygiene reasons.
Made to order items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty or wrongly described as defined under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. By purchasing our made to order items you understand returns are not accepted as the Goods have been specifically customised for your order. If you do decide you want to cancel or amend your customised order completely, please notify us within 24hrs of placing your order.
